Downloading & Unzipping YOUR Order

Few exceptions aside, all of our products are delivered in downloadable ZIP files.

Meaning that you’ll need an UNZIP Utility (NEW WINDOW) to unzip the files.
You'll also need the Adobe PDF Reader (NEW WINDOW) to read any PDF files included.
Most modern computers come with an unzip utility and you may already have the Adobe Reader installed. If not, use the above URLS to download both 7-Zip and the Adobe reader, 100 per cent free.

1) Downloading YOUR Order

Once your payment is approved, you'll be redirected to the shopping cart to
download your order. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address with your download URL(S).

Either way, the download process is the same.

1) Right click on the order link to save the file to your computer.

2) Unzipping YOUR Order Using 7-Zip

1) Right-click on the downloaded file as shown in the screen shot below.

2) Hover your left mouse over 7-Zip in the Windows Explorer context menu.

3) Click "Extract Here" to extract the file.

4. Double-Click (left Click) the extracted folder to gain access to your order.

Adobe Reader

Again, you'll need the Adobe Reader to read any PDF files included.
